Short drive to downtown Chicago and McCormick Place at about half the price or less than hotels 20 minutes away downtown. Easy access from I- 290. Restaurant and lounge inside hotel. Friendly staff.

I noticed a little blistering or bubbling paint toward the ceiling in the bathroom probably from moisture.

Best Western Hillside Chicago is equipped with excellent facilities, especially the full-service restaurant. The staff of the hotel is excellent and their willingness to help me with odd requests made my stay a wonderful overall experience.

Although the hotel emphasises a lot on their shuttle service, the waiting time required for the shuttle sometimes makes it impossible to use it. Though the service is a good one and helpful for casual travellers with luxury of time, it is not useful for business guests.

The room was immaculate with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave, the staff were very friendly, and the facilities were great.

The price was right and the location was very good as we were visiting our son and his family for 5 days.

Enjoyed this fantastic stay for the holidays. The breakfast was incredibly nice and you could try fresh fruit and cereal etc. The location was great and pleasant and we were close to a zoo and bars.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were overworked.

The rooms are fairly quiet and bright with queen size beds, access to the safe, and a delicious breakfast, all in a cozy design.

Convenience to Toyota Dealer, where I rented a car. Free shuttle from airport.

Had a pizza from Lounge restaurant. Took to room to eat. Bottom crust literally uncooked. Must have just been put under a broiler/ I ate around the sides because I was so hungry, then threw most of it away and went to bed.

The convenience to expressway.

I have stayed at the Hillside location six times in the last two months. And I plan to continue reserving overnight stays for the remainder of the year. I would like to have some type of frequency discount.

Great location near a zoo and bars. Easy check-in and late check-out. Honest and exceptional staff. Nice breakfast with fresh fruit and cereals on request. Heated pool for relaxation. Perfect spot for exploring Hillside.

Ride to train station made the trip very easy to get downtown

Hotel lobby had no air at front desk or elevator it was like getting in an oven the out door pool was not open , we all no that hoilday strat pool we were told that pool open on wesday it was 97 degree . the hall way did not have air thank s god the room did . it was in a great location for our family reuion.
